SR OOI GIM CHOR is the Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Seberang Prai) Sdn Bhd.

He is:

• a Member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
• a Registered Valuer & Estate Agent with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)
• a Member of the PEPS (Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents & Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia).

As a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Auctioneer since 1987, he has advised the real estate industry in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia on matters related to property consultancy, large compulsory acquisition appeals, listing valuations, project marketing & sales and feasibility studies. He leads a team of about 40 people in the Butterworth office.

Before joining Henry Butcher Malaysia, he began his career as a Valuation Assistant at CBRE-WTW (formerly CH Williams, Talhar & Wong) and was subsequently promoted to its Branch Manager.
