SR MAH BENG FONG is the Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Kedah) Sdn Bhd.

He is:

• a Member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
• a Registered Valuer & Estate Agent with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).

He joined the Group in 1989 and became Director of the Kedah office in 1991.

He has over 40 years experience in valuation and property consultancy of which 14 years were spent with the Valuation & Property Services Department (JPPH) under the Ministry of Finance.

His experience include valuation exercises relating to valuation for housing loans, land acquisitions, submissions to the Securities Commission, taxation (Stamp Duty, Real Property Gains Tax), insurance, probate & capital valuations, advising feasibility studies, market surveys and marketing for numerous major property development projects.
