SR TEOH LEONG SENG is the Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Johor) Sdn Bhd.

He is:

• a Fellow of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors United Kingdom, General Practice Division)
• a Fellow of RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, Property Consultant & Valuation Surveyors Section)
• an Associate of Institute of Rating & Revenue Valuers (United Kingdom),
• a Member of MIPFM (Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Managers)
• a Registered Valuer & Estate Agent with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)

He has served as a Valuation Officer at the Temerloh (Pahang) and Ipoh (Perak) offices of the Valuation & Property Services Department (JPPH) under the Ministry of Finance. His past engagements included CH Williams, Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd in the Alor Setar office and as the Director of the same company in the Johor Bahru office. He is also formerly a Rating Consultant of Kota Setar Municipal Council in Alor Setar (Kedah) and Pasir Gudang Local Council in Johor.

He has carried out project marketing for factories, bungalow lots, housing, apartments and managed apartments and shopping malls within his property management portfolio.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Administration from the East London University (formerly North East London Polytechnic) and Masters of Science in Facilities Management from UniversitiTeknologi Malaysia (UTM).
