SR TUAN HJ. SUKIMAN BIN KASMIN is the Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Kluang) Sdn Bhd.

He is:

• a Registered Valuer with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)
• a Member of RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia,Property Consultancy & Valuation Surveyors Section)

He joined the Group as the Chief Executive Officer and was subsequently promoted as the Director of the Kluang office in November 1997.

He has over 30 years experience in public sector valuation where he served as the Head of the Valuation & Property Services Division in the North Kluang Local Authority Office. His extensive valuation experience include for rating purposes, land acquisitions, securing bank facilities, taxation (Real Property Gains Tax, Estate Duty), insurance, submissions to the Securities Commission and as a High Court Independent Assessor.

He graduated in Urban Land Economics from University of British Columbia, Canada.
