• a Registered Valuer & Estate Agent with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)
• a Fellow of RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia)
• a Member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors)

He has more than 30 years experience in professional real estate services including more than 28 years of post-registration as a Valuer and Estate Agent. His vast exposure in the industry include valuation, estate agency, project marketing, property management, public auctions, compulsory land acquisitions, feasibility studies, market research & consultancy and corporate advisory.

He holds a degree in Property Management.
