SR LEE EDEN ABRAHAM is the Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Sabah) Sdn Bhd.

He is:

• a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent & Property Manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)
• a Member of RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia)

He has been with the Sabah office since 2013 and has experience in property valuation, feasibility studies, government acquisitions, estate agency and strategic advisory. His expertise covers valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, development lands, hotels, plantations, palm oil mills, and more, serving purposes such as financing, financial reporting, acquisitions, disposals and property tax appeals.

He frequently conducts market & feasibility studies for developers, advises corporations & banks on project viability and assists in joint venture structuring. He has also prepared compensation claims for government land acquisitions and provided guidance on land title matters including lease renewals. As a Registered Estate Agent, he has concluded transactions for residential, commercial and industrial segments as well as lands.

He holds a First-Class Honours BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from North Umbria University, UK, where he earned the Best Dissertation Award.
