SR LIEW CHEE KONG (GARY) is the Director of the Real Estate and Plant & Machinery Valuation Department of Henry Butcher Malaysia.
He is:
- a Chartered Valuation Surveyor
- a Registered Valuer & Estate Agent with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)
With more than 40 years experience in the industry, he is a specialist in real estate and plant & machinery valuations with assignments spanning Europe, the Far East and South East Asia regions.
He has conducted valuations for Initial Public Offerings, reverse takeovers, project & loan financing, joint ventures, land taxation, compulsory acquisitions, accounts & balance sheet statements, corporate mergers, acquisitions & takeovers, de-mergers & rationalisations, disposals, insurance and private acquisitions & disposal purposes.
He graduated from London South Bank University (formerly known as Polytechnic of The South Bank).
