He is:

• a Member of RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia)
• a Registered Valuer & Licensed Estate Agent with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)
• a Licensed Auctioneer for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

He has over 20 years experience in real estate valuation. Some of his recent valuation exercises for major corporate clients include asset valuation for IGB Bhd, valuation of Eco Grandeur & Eco Ardence for EcoWorld Development Bhd, hotel valuation for ECM Libra, valuation of Tropicana City & Office Tower for MTrustee Bhd and valuation for Hektar REITs. These were part of the compliant submissions to Securities Commission Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia Securities.

Other significant assignments include the valuation of land leased in the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) for Malaysia Airports Holding Bhd (MAHB).

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Estate Management from University of Malaya and a Diploma in Financial Management (ACCA).
