TANG CHEE MENG is the Chief Operating Officer of Henry Butcher Real Estate Sdn Bhd.

He has been involved in the property industry since 1979 where the initial years of his career were spent honing his skills at the sales & marketing departments of leading property development companies. Subsequent to that, he joined the Henry Butcher Malaysia Group and has since been with the company for more than 30 years.

He has handled a diverse range of market research & feasibility studies and provided marketing planning & development consultancy advisory services to property developers and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.

His experience encompasses project marketing and corporate real estate agency, including managing Sale by Tender, Sale by Expression of Interest and Request for Proposal.

He is the editor of Henry Butcher Malaysia Group’s quarterly newsletters HB Advisor and the annual property market report HB Perspective. He has also presented papers at national and international conferences and contributes industry insights and thought leadership views regularly to the media.

He is a business management graduate.
