• a Member of RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia)
• a Member of PEPS (Association of Valuers & Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (PEPS)
• a Registered Valuer & Estate Agent with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).

He has vast exposure in matters relating to the real estate industry and has extensive professional experience related to valuation, estate agency, project marketing, compulsory land acquisition, feasibility studies, market research and corporate exercises.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Valuation & Property Management.
