SR DR JASON TEOH POH HUAT is the Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Penang) Sdn Bhd.

He is:

• a Registered Valuer with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)
• a Fellow of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors UK)
• a Fellow of RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia)
• a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK)
• a Fellow of the Urban Land Institute based in New York
• a Fellow of FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation)

He has more than 38 years experience in property consultancy including asset valuation, research, investments and management. He also serves as a High Court appointed assessor and an expert witness in land acquisition matters.

He is formerly an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Real Estate Management under the Faculty of Built Environment of Universiti Malaya. He was also an expert panel member of National Real Estate Research Coordinator (NAPREC) of Institut Penilaian Negara (INSPEN) under the Ministry of Finance. He has presented papers at both the national and international forums and conferences.

He holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University, a Doctorate from the University of South Australia and a post graduate certificate in Real Estate Finance from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
